| Shipping and Returns Wakeda.com ships with FedEx and USPS. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping cost. All domestic packages are insured regardless of shipping carrier chosen.
A signature will be required for all FedEx shipments, all International shipments, and USPS Express shipments. This signature is the only way to insure that your package is protected against loss or damage during transit. If you do not wish to sign for a FedEx shipment, many carriers will accept a signed note left at you door, asking them to leave it without being there.

Returns: Damaged Merchandise Since all domestic shipments are insured, if a shipment comes damaged from shipping please contact us within 7 days and we will make arrangements with the shipping carrier. We will replace or exchange any defective merchandise. Please contact us with details and for instructions. Non-Damaged Merchandise ("I changed my mind") Items that are not damaged must be in unopened original packaging. Returns are not available for tropical feathers, special order items, antique trade beads, and botanicals. Return shipping is never refundable. If you wish to exchange something, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the order for approval and instructions.
