Shipping:
Wakeda.com ships with Fedex and USPS. We will notify you of shipping charges when you place your order. If you will be mailing in your order, please contact us to receive a shipping quote to include with your payment. All packages are insured regardless of shipping carrier chosen. Returns:
Wakeda.com wants you to be satisfied with your orders.
Since all shipments are insured, if a shipment comes damaged from shipping please contact us ASAP and we will make arrangements with the shipping carrier.
We will give a refund for any unopened and unused product within 5 business days after receiving the order.
We will replace or exchange any defective merchandise within 15 days of shipping.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must contact us for approval. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
